Pumpkin Crunch by Lynn Owan
Ingredients:
1 large can (29 oz) pumpkin
2 blocks butter or margarine (melted and cooled)
1 large can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
3 eggs
1 box yellow cake mix (no moist cake mix with pudding)
¼ tsp cinnamon
Supplies:
One large mixing bowl and spatula
Wax paper or parchment paper
9-½” x 11” or 9”x13” pan and cookie sheet
Measuring spoons and cups
